2009-11-11: One of our data storage servers reported errors and died uexpectedly. We restored most of the files for Premium users, except of 771 files, which were unrecoverable. We are sorry for the inconvenience. If your file has been lost, please upload it again.

2009-08-05: One server machine died. Most of the files have been recovered, expect of 184 files. If your file has been lost, please upload it again, we are sorry for the troubles.

2008-12-06: One node (a server machine) died completely. Due to that accident, all files stored there (25748 files) had to be restored from backup, which took 17 hours and it is done now.

2008-07-04: A network error caused 441 files to be corrupted while transfering to a different datacenter. Please upload your files again, we're sorry for the troubles.

2007-06-08: We made an error in one script and 20 575 uploads have been deleted accidentally while we decreased the upload limit back to 30MB per file. We think this affects mosts of those uploads of total size bigger than 12MB or 24MB, we are not sure. This error doesn't affect files uploaded with Premium account (as the user ID prevents these files to be deleted in all cases). We are sorry, this was our mistake. Please forgive us and upload your files again. We will do our best to prevent any further occurence of any similar problem.
